Self Catering Accommodation in Gatehouse of Fleet, South West Scotland

 

THE APARTMENT is approached via an entrance porch leading into the lounge and dining kitchen. The bedroom, with en-suite shower room, is accessed from the lounge.

 

THE LOUNGE has a comfortable modern 2 piece suite and oak furniture with feature wall fire. For entertainment there’s a TV / DVD player and a CD / Radio with iPhone / iPad dock

 

THE KITCHEN has a good range of pine units incorporating an electric oven/grill and hob together with a fridge with freezer compartment. In addition there’s a microwave and all the usual crockery, cutlery, utensils etc

 

THE DINING AREA has an oak table and 2 comfortable dining chairs. An economy 7 night store heater is situated in this area

 

THE BEDROOM has a king size bed and bedside tables together with adequate storage/hanging space and an electric  panel heater on the wall

 

EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM comprises shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin together with storage and a heated towel rail

 

OUTSIDE to the rear is a shared gravelled area bordered by shrubs which catches plenty of sun. Timber seating is provided. The property is bordered by a stone wall with Garries Park behind
